It’s the beginning of the Chinese Lunar New Year and a great chance to start over again. With our optimism and hope for better days ahead, Leadcom Seating held its annual staff party from 7th to 9th, February in the five-star O.Y.C Hotel in Zhaoqing, Guangdong to celebrate our success of 2013 and start the new year fresh.
Our theme for this year’s annual party is “Inspire and Share”. Together with our support partners, every Leadcom Seating employee attended the big event. Activities included awarding conference, evening party, outdoor activities such as hiking, boat racing and cooking competition.
The 3-day event started with the awarding conference. Leadcom Seating Owner Mr. Xinyun Wu delivered a speech thanking all the staffs for their hard work throughout the year, summarizing the company’s accomplishments and blueprinting what we are aiming for in the future years. After the speech, the top 3 sales teams and long-serving employees who have worked over 10 years in the company were specially awarded because of their outstanding and loyal performance for the company.
The highlight of the annual event was the evening party which was full of fun and excitement. Everyone cheered and laughed as each department presented their entertaining performances and a number of lucky employees won fantastic gifts from the lucky draw.
The annual party was definitely a big success and a good start for the new year 2014. We are confident that the company will maintain its momentum to achieve another fulfilling year.
