Since its founding in 1973, the New Life Assembly of God Church has evolved into one of Asia’s largest spiritual centers, now welcoming between 35,000 and 40,000 worshippers weekly. We were tasked with creating church seating solution with plastic back and seat that combined a silent, damped return mechanism with an ultra-compact layout—a product profile that did not exist in our line at the time. Our engineering team managed the entire lifecycle, from initial appearance design and structural engineering to rigorous prototyping and strength testing

Structural Engineering
To integrate a back/seat, return mechanism & compact layout, we re-engineered the seat’s internal architecture for optimal component synergy. Crafted from sustainable materials, this chair achieves 90% recyclability, balancing project efficiency with environmental responsibility.
Prototype Development & Testing
Through 6 testing rounds and precise mold refinements, we optimized the balance of performance, durability, and cost. This process ensured the final design surpassed rigorous ANSI/BIFMA X5.4-2020 standards, guaranteeing long-term project reliability.
